Job Description
We are looking for a Collection Executive responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of payments. Key responsibilities include contacting customers through calls and field visits, negotiating repayment plans, collecting EMIs, maintaining collection records, and updating account statuses. Candidates should possess good communication and negotiation skills, be willing to travel for field work, and have a valid driving license and two-wheeler. Knowledge of banking, NBFC, or collection processes will be an added advantage.
