• Curriculum Development & Instruction: Implementing play-based, interactive learning activities that introduce basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and scientific concepts.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensuring 24/7 supervision of children, adhering to health and sanitization procedures, and maintaining a clean, orderly classroom.
• Social & Emotional Development: Encouraging social interaction, teaching sharing, fostering independence, and helping children build confidence through positive reinforcement.
• Classroom Management: Establishing routines, implementing discipline, and creating a structured environment that balances, play, rest, and learning.
• Parental Communication: Keeping families informed about child progress, developmental milestones, and any concerns through daily reports, meetings, and conferences.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Observing and recording child development to identify potential learning or behavioral issues and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
