#### Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.

* Ensure accurate inward and outward movement of goods as per company procedures.

* Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical verification.

* Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely material availability and dispatch.

* Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and reports using ERP/MS Excel.

* Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper stock rotation.

* Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity.

* Ensure proper material handling, packaging, and storage to prevent damage or loss.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.

#### Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Erp software, and reporting.

* Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

#### Qualifications:

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

* Experience in FMCG, retail or distribution industries is preferred.

**Summary:**

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material handling, dispatch management, team supervision, and ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse processes.
