Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact existing and potential customers through phone calls and emails.
  • Generate and qualify leads for automation products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams for customer requirements.
  • Provide basic technical support related to PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panels.
  • Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
  • Schedule customer meetings and support business development activities.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
