Job Description
- Perform Spot Welding and CO₂ (MIG) Welding operations as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
- Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy of components.
- Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work when required.
- Inspect welded joints and identify defects.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE during welding operations.
- Maintain welding equipment and report any machine abnormalities.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized (5S compliance).
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Spot Welding and CO₂/MIG Welding.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of welding parameters and quality standards.
- Familiarity with welding safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
