Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements

• Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project deadlines

• Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering teams

• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or supplier performance

• Coordinate with Production and Installation Team.

Qualification :- Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech
