Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and support overall office operations at our electrical showroom.

  • Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounts (cash, bank, sales, purchase entries)
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and GST-related work
  • Track stock and coordinate with sales team
  • Manage payment follow-ups and basic client communication
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Support general office administration work
  • Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally preferred)
  • Familiar with MS Excel and billing software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / B.Com preferred
  • Freshers or 1–2 years experience can apply
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in retail/shop accounting
  • Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
