Role & Responsibilities:🔹 Loan Recovery: Engage with customers to recover overdue loan payments.
🔹 Customer Communication: Handle customer calls, emails, and visits to resolve payment issues. 📞📧
🔹 Negotiation: Discuss payment terms and settlements while maintaining positive relationships. 🤝
🔹 Documentation: Maintain records of all recovery activities and agreements. 📑
🔹 Field Visits: Conduct field visits as needed to recover payments and meet clients. 🚶♂️🚗
🔹 Compliance: Ensure all recovery efforts comply with legal and company policies. ⚖️
Requirements:🔹 Experience: Previous experience in loan recovery or collections is a plus. 💼
🔹 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 🗣️
🔹 Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and work under pressure. 💡
🔹 Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 👥
🔹 Age: 18–35 years.
🔹 Education: Minimum High School/Equivalent. 📚
