Job Summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join as Insurance Advisors / Health Insurance Sales Executives. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves promoting health insurance and financial protection products, generating leads, and helping customers choose the right insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Aditya Birla Health Insurance products to individuals and families.
• Identify prospective customers and generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance and financial protection plans.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize earnings through commissions.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and company offerings.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
