A growing Interior Designing business in Burdwan is looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.

📍 Job Location: Burdwan (Bardhaman), West Bengal

💼 Job Type: Full-time (Field Sales)

🎓 Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in Real Estate, Interior Design, Building Materials, Paint, or Cement sectors.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹5,000 per month
• Incentives : Earn 2% commission on total sales value upon hitting your monthly sales target.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites, apartments, and upcoming residential/commercial properties in and around Burdwan.
• Meet homeowners, builders, promoters, contractors, and architects to pitch our interior design services.
• Generate fresh leads, follow up with potential clients, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with local industry professionals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

🛠️ Requirements:

• Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Honest, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
