Senior Sales Executive

Position: Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing (Medical Devices)

Headquarter: Bardhaman, West Bengal

Territory: East Burdwan, West Burdwan, Bankura & Birbhum

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
• Visit customers regularly to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital management, biomedical engineers, and purchase departments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features to customers.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the service team for installation and after-sales support.
• Maintain daily visit reports and submit regular sales updates.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Graduate .
• 1–3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel across the assigned districts.
