Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We're looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting our sales team, managing our customer database, and preparing reports. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Back Office Executive Duties:

• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
• Fielding incoming phone calls
• Data management
• Performing administrative duties
• General office work and record keeping
• Completing tasks within regulatory compliance
• Supporting sales staff, Human Resources, or the marketing team
• Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns
• Managing inventory
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Performing market research
• Fluency In English and Manageable Kannada and Hindi
• Ability to correspond and communicate independently with clients
• Maintaining and follow up on Collections
• Handling Petty cash and Managing MIS on day to day basis
