Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives of up to ₹50,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural and forestry machinery across Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, be comfortable with field travel, and be passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell agricultural and forestry machinery to farmers, dealers, contractors, and commercial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize business growth.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
• Collect market feedback and provide updates on competitor activities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• RequirementsExperience in field sales is preferred.
• Experience in agricultural equipment, forestry machinery, tractors, farm implements, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Goa.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
