• Housekeeping Requirements – Shining Sand Beach Resort

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas.

Ensure daily room cleaning, bed making, linen changing, and towel replacement as per resort standards.

Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, water bottles, tea/coffee kits, and towels.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found articles to the concerned department.

Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates, guest check-ins, and check-outs.

Handle laundry collection and distribution efficiently.

Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and cleaning materials.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests and respond promptly to requests.

Ensure beach-facing areas, poolside, and resort surroundings remain neat and presentable.

Adhere to grooming standards, punctuality, and resort policies.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
