Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff.
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Take orders and ensure timely food and beverage service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Train and guide stewards and service staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance.
  • Assist in billing and cash handling when required.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle guest queries effectively.
