Job Title: Production Supervisor – Flour Mill

Location: Kichha / Uttarakhand
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor for our flour mill operations handling products like Chakki Atta, Maida, Sooji, Rawa, Bran, and related wheat products.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, supervising workers, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining smooth plant operations during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mill production operations
- Manage factory workers and shift staff
- Ensure target production and packing output is achieved
- Monitor quality of Atta, Maida, Sooji, and Bran products
- Coordinate with maintenance and packing departments
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline in plant
- Prepare daily production and stock reports
- Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
- Ensure proper cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
- Experience in Flour Mill / Food Manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of roller flour mill or chakki operations
- Ability to manage labour and factory staff
- Basic understanding of production reporting
- Good discipline and problem-solving skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate
- 3–8 years experience preferred
