Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
  • Handle GST, TDS filing and compliance
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation
  • Manage Party Ledgers & Outstanding Payments
  • Prepare invoices and follow up for payments
  • Maintain RMC billing, dispatch & stock records
  • Prepare monthly & yearly financial reports
  • Assist in audit and maintain proper documentation


E-Tender Responsibilities:


  • Preparation and submission of e-tenders (GeM / eProcurement portals)
  • Uploading documents, BOQ filling, and bid submission
  • Managing tender documents (EMD, DD, affidavits, etc.)
  • Tracking tender status and coordinating for approvals

AI & Digital Skills (Important):

  • Ability to use ChatGPT and AI tools for drafting emails, reports, and tender documents
  • Strong internet research skills (document search, compliance info, formats, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of digital tools to improve efficiency
