About AViAA Delights

AViAA Delights is a Bareilly-based premium chocolate and healthy-spreads brand offering handmade chocolates, zero-sugar peanut butter, chocolate spreads, energy bars, millet products and customised gift hampers.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced field salesperson who can help place our products in cafés, hotels, restaurants, gyms, premium stores and corporate offices across Bareilly.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit cafés, hotels, restaurants, gyms and premium food stores.
• Meet owners, purchase managers, chefs, café managers and gym owners.
• Introduce AViAA Delights products using samples, catalogues and price lists.
• Generate new leads and convert them into trial orders.
• Follow up with outlets for repeat orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Check product stock and display at partner outlets.
• Collect customer feedback and share market information.
• Submit daily visit, lead, order and payment reports.
• Coordinate with the owner regarding delivery, stock availability and customer requirements.
• Assist with festive gifting, corporate orders and bulk enquiries.
• Ensure no discount, credit or commitment is offered without approval.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in FMCG, food products, bakery, beverages, chocolates, dairy, HoReCa or institutional sales.
• Existing contacts with cafés, hotels, restaurants, gyms or food retailers in Bareilly will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable travelling locally and visiting customers regularly.
• Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and smartphone preferred.
• Honest, punctual and target-oriented.
• Able to maintain basic sales reports through WhatsApp or Google Sheets.
• Freshers with strong local contacts and confidence in field sales may also apply.

Working Schedule

• Part-time field-based role.
• Approximately 6-7 hours per day.
• Minimum 5–7 outlet visits per working day.
• Working days and visit timings will be decided mutually.

Salary and Incentives

• Fixed payment: ₹7,000–₹8000 per month, depending on experience.
• Incentive for every new active outlet.
• Additional bonus for achieving monthly sales and repeat-order targets.

An active outlet means an outlet that places a paid order and continues with repeat business.

Initial Targets

During the first 30 days, the selected candidate will be expected to:

• Prepare a database of suitable cafés, hotels, restaurants and gyms.
• Visit at least 100 potential outlets.
• Generate at least 20 serious leads.
• Secure approximately 8–10 paid trial orders.
• Build at least 5 repeat-ordering accounts.

Targets may be revised according to market response.

Important Conditions

• Commission will be calculated only on payments received by AViAA Delights.
• No customer payment should be collected in a personal bank account.
• No credit should be offered without written approval.
• Customer details, price lists and sales information will remain confidential.
• Free samples must be distributed only with prior approval.
• Employment will begin with a 30-day probation period.
