Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FSE) | Paytm Designation: Field Sales Executive (FSE) Department: Sales & Business Development Company: Paytm Location: Field-Based Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive (FSE) will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm products, and building strong relationships with retailers and business owners. The role requires extensive fieldwork, communication skills, and target-oriented performance. Key Responsibilities: • • Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm services. • • Educate merchants about Paytm products such as QR, Soundbox, POS, and payment solutions. • • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding process completion. • • Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with assigned leads. • • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics. • • Provide after-sales support and resolve merchant queries. • • Build and maintain long-term business relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: • • Minimum 12th pass or graduate preferred. • • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • • Willingness to work in the field and travel locally. • • Basic understanding of digital payments and fintech. • • Android smartphone with internet connectivity. Preferred Requirements: • • Two-wheeler (Bike) for field movement. • • Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
