Job Purpose

• This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by effectively analysing KPIs for improving Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 

 

• Analysing the KPI's (key performance indicators) statistics and monitoring the network for troubleshooting on daily basis.
• Conducting and Supporting RF drive test optimization of new/existing sites/Cluster/Towns/Highways/Rail routes.
• Troubleshooting of worst-performing cells. Analysis of counters and monitoring KPI trend to pinpoint exact issues.
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve Network performance and CXX
• Coordination with RAN team in sharing analysis and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives
• Good understanding of hardware (Nokia) from network design prospective
• Provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics
• Assisting TRAI/DOT in RF network audit & preparing required network quality reports and conduct IDT/OADT TRAI/TERM cell drive test.
• Customer complain analysis and resolution in sync with all stakeholders(internal/external)
• SCFT report preparation and daily KPI troubleshooting and optimization through Groundhog.

 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

• In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/5G) on Nokia system
• Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience
• Hands on experience with DT/Post processing tools like NEMO, TEMS, AZQ etc
• Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints, Innovative, Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and having very good cross functional co-ordination
• Depth analysis for L2 & L3 layer data
• Transmission trouble shooting and understanding of core network.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•  B.Tech in Electronics and  Telecommunications with 7+ years of experience
