Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining.
Required Skills:
Experience in BFSI & NBFC hiring preferred.
Good knowledge of hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.).
Hands-on experience in ATS Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good coordination and follow-up skills
