About Us:

Healthy Wave is a doctor-run skin and aesthetic clinic in Bareilly. We receive patient enquiries through online ads and need a warm, reliable person to call these enquiries quickly and book their appointments.

Most Important Requirement:

You must call each new enquiry IMMEDIATELY when it arrives — within 5 minutes — anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM. Quick calling is the most important part of this job. Most of our patients book only if we call them fast.

Your Daily Work:

• Call new patient enquiries immediately as they come in (9 AM–9 PM)
• Explain our skin treatments in simple, friendly Hindi
• Book appointments and confirm timings
• Send WhatsApp reminders to booked patients
• Maintain a simple record of calls and bookings in Google Sheet

Work Location & Timing:

• Work from clinic: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Continue calling from home: 5 PM – 9 PM
• Must have a smartphone and quiet space at home for evening calls

Who Can Apply:

• Female candidates only
• Clear and polite Hindi speaking (warm, friendly tone — NOT aggressive sales)
• Basic English reading
• Own smartphone with WhatsApp
• Comfortable making 20–30 calls a day
• Basic Google Sheet / mobile usage
• Students, freshers, and homemakers welcome

What We Are Looking For:

A polite, patient, and warm person who makes patients feel comfortable — not a pushy salesperson. If you are friendly on the phone and reliable with timing, you will do very well here and earn good incentives.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed: ₹5,000/month
• ₹50 for every appointment booked
• ₹100 for every patient who visits the clinic
• Realistic earnings: ₹9,000–10,500/month

This is a 1-month trial-to-permanent role. Good performers become permanent with growth opportunities.
