Job Description
Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Company: Precast Products Manufacturing Unit
Location: Shalgara, Barjora, Dist-Bankura
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days working hours 7am to 6pm) and Weekly one day off
About Us:
Pave India Enterprise is engaged in the manufacturing of high-quality precast construction products including boundary walls, paver blocks, chequer tiles, and cover blocks. We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage production and site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing of precast boundary walls, paver blocks, chequer tiles, and cover blocks
- Ensure proper mixing, casting, curing, and finishing of products
- Monitor quality control as per required standards
- Manage labour workforce and daily production activities
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials like cement, sand, aggregates, and molds
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets
- Inspect molds, machinery, and equipment for proper functioning
- Coordinate with site teams for dispatch and installation (if required)
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the plant and at site
- Maintain daily production and stock reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in precast manufacturing or construction supervision
- Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and curing methods
- Familiarity with paver block and precast production processes
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting
Salary: Rs. 12000 - 16000 (Fixed)
