Job Description
Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its Barpeta Branch.
Open Positions:
- Front Office Assistant – 1 Vacancy
- Business Development Officer (BDO) – 2 Vacancies
- Telecaller – 2 Vacancies
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in candidates and customer enquiries.
- Attend calls and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Schedule interviews and maintain records.
- Support recruitment and daily branch operations.
- Generate business leads and build client relationships (BDO role).
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on position and experience)
