Accountant / Accounts Executive – Tally, BRS & Office Accounts

Job DescriptionGriho Udyog Private Limited is hiring an Accountant / Accounts Executive who has practical knowledge of Tally, Bank Reconciliation Statement — BRS, purchase billing, sales billing, stock records, salary sheet preparation, payroll support, and office accounts file maintenance.

The candidate should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling accounts work independently whenever required.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be able to handle:

  1. Bank Reconciliation Statement — BRS
  2. Purchase bill entry and preparation
  3. Sales bill preparation when required
  4. Debit / Credit voucher entries in Tally
  5. Payment, receipt, journal, contra, purchase and sales entries
  6. Daily sales report preparation
  7. Office and accounts file maintenance
  8. Stock record update and checking
  9. Bank-related work and documentation support
  10. Salary sheet / payroll record preparation
  11. PF and ESIC-related entries in Tally
  12. Basic TDS-related work and entries
  13. Ledger checking of customers and suppliers
  14. Cash book and bank book maintenance
  15. Coordination with office, showroom, and godown team for accounts-related work
  • Required SkillsPractical knowledge of Tally is mandatory
  • Must know Bank Reconciliation / BRS
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll, and stock records
  • Should be able to maintain files and documents properly
  • Must be honest, punctual, and responsible
  • Previous experience in trading / retail / showroom accounts will be preferred
  • Benefits & Company PolicySalary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Bonus for 2026: As per company policy, based on 5 months’ average salary
  • Increment: Every January, based on performance
  • PF / ESIC: After 6 months to 1 year, based on performance and company policy
  • Professional Tax: As per company policy and applicable rules
  • Yearly holidays: 10–12 days, based on management decision
  • No Work No Pay applicable
  • Notice period for resignation: 15 days
  • Approved overtime / holiday work payment: 1.5 times of normal day payment
