Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Executive – Inhouse Sales to join our team at Barrackpore who will handle inbound and outbound sales activities from the office, support dealer/customer inquiries, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential customers and dealers
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team lead
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and daily reports
• Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Share regular updates on pipeline status and closures with the manager

Candidate profile

•  Graduate in any discipline
•  Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
•  Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred
•  Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with a customer-first approach
•  Basic familiarity with EV, automotive, or energy products is an added advantage
• Female candidates are preferred
