Working Hours : 11 am - 8 pm for Female and 12 am - 9 pm for Male

Job Summary

MINSHE ACADEMY & ANIMATION is looking for a passionate and energetic Phonics Teacher who can make English learning enjoyable and interactive for young learners. The ideal candidate should have excellent pronunciation, strong communication skills, and the ability to teach children through phonics, stories, songs, games, and engaging classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Phonics to students from Nursery to Class 2.
• Develop students' letter recognition, sound awareness, blending, segmenting, reading, and pronunciation skills.
• Conduct interactive classes using stories, rhymes, flashcards, phonics games, and activity-based learning.
• Improve students' reading fluency, vocabulary, spelling, and speaking confidence.
• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Use digital teaching tools effectively for online classes.
• Participate in teacher training sessions, meetings, and academic planning.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (English preferred).
• Certification in Phonics (Jolly Phonics, Synthetic Phonics, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong understanding of English phonics and early literacy development.
• Ability to engage young children through creative teaching methods.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
• Ability to prepare worksheets, activities, and teaching aids.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of Phonics teaching experience preferred.
• Freshers with outstanding communication and teaching aptitude are welcome to apply.
