## About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized **Warehouse Manager** to oversee our daily warehouse operations at our Muragacha facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the tiles industry, though we are open to training highly motivated freshers. You will be responsible for managing the team on the floor, ensuring inventory is handled correctly, and coordinating with clients to guarantee timely deliveries.

## Key Responsibilities

 * **End-to-End Operations:** Supervise and actively manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.

 * **Team Leadership:** Guide, manage, and assign tasks to the warehouse staff to ensure maximum efficiency and safety on the floor.

 * **Logistics & Dispatch:** Plan and arrange for the timely loading and delivery of goods to meet daily targets.

 * **Client Communication:** Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

 * **Inventory Management:** Ensure all items are stored correctly, minimizing damage and optimizing warehouse space.

## Qualifications & Skills

 * **Education:** Minimum Madhyamik Pass (10th Standard).

 * **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in the Tiles Industry is highly preferred. **Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.**

 * **Core Skills:**

  * Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.

  * Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

  * Basic communication skills to handle client responses effectively.

## Compensation & Working Hours

 *Salary:*₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).

*Working Days:* 6 Days a week

 *Weekly Off*:Sunday
