Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer, employee, or business data into the company's software and databases.
• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
• Update existing records and maintain organized digital files.
• Scan, upload, and manage documents as required.
• Prepare reports using Excel or other office software.
• Maintain proper records of completed work and pending tasks.
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Perform other administrative and office support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
• Familiarity with data entry software and computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
