Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
  • Promote generic medicines, healthcare products, and diagnostic services
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper information
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain call records and update customer database


🎯 Required Candidate ProfileGood communication skills in Hindi/Bengali/English

  • Experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Customer Support preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
