Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive/BDE to generate and convert sales leads by visiting domestic customers, pitching steel products, developing relationships, and driving business closure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit domestic customers regularly and pitch steel products/solutions.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, market mapping and local networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales/operations teams for order processing and fulfilment.
• Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.
• Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; sales/marketing background preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, steel, building materials, hardware or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory with a valid driving licence.
• Good geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented with strong lead-conversion and closing ability.
• Local market knowledge and familiarity with domestic customers will be an advantage.
