Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend customers politely.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables.
- Assist customers with menu selection and suggestions.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service experience.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Support billing and payment process if required.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good grooming standards.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in restaurant/hotel industry will be preferred.
