Job Description
* Precision Welding:* Perform high-quality Argon (TIG) welding on various metals including Stainless Steel (SS), Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, and specialized alloys.
* *Mold & Die Repair:* Read blueprint drawings and perform precision build-up welding on worn-out parts of injection molds, cores, cavities, and tool room inserts without causing distortion.
* *Fabrication & Maintenance:* Joint, fabricate, and repair plant machinery parts, structural frameworks, and pipeline assemblies according to engineering standards.
* *Machine Set-up:* Select appropriate welding torches, gas flow rates, filler rods, and currents based on the thickness and type of material.
* *Quality Assurance:* Inspect welded joints for defects, cracks, or porosity. Clean and finish welds using grinders or buffers to meet precision dimensions.
* *Safety & Maintenance:* Strictly follow industrial safety protocols, use appropriate PPE (welding helmet, gloves, jacket), and maintain welding equipment in optimal working condition.
