Job Description
We are a fast-growing agri-export and manufacturing company looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. As the Director right-hand person, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily schedule, ensure critical operational tasks are completed on time, and act as a bridge between the Proprietor and the internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and manage the Proprietor’s daily meetings, appointments, and routine calendar.
Daily Task Reminders: Act as a human "alarm clock" for the Proprietor, ensuring daily tasks, routine work, and strategic priorities are kept on track.
Data & Report Monitoring: Monitor daily operational sheets and ensure the Proprietor reviews critical data/dashboards at designated times.
Financial Tracking & Payment Reminders: Maintain a checklist of pending payments, outstanding dues, and financial deadlines, prompting the Proprietor for timely actions.
Team Follow-ups & Coordination: Regularly follow up with various teams/departments on pending tasks, progress reports, and action items decided in meetings, ensuring execution.
Documentation: Take minutes of meetings (MoM) and maintain structured to-do lists for the executive office.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator (experience in manufacturing or export sectors is a plus).
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for team coordination.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or MS Office.
A proactive "get-it-done" attitude—someone who doesn't wait to be told what to follow up on.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
