Job Description
“WFS Agency Coordinator” which is a 3rd party payroll will support end-to-end hiring operations for frontline associates across fulfillment and sort center networks. This role is critical to ensuring we meet business hiring requirements on time, at quality, and at scale.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with staffing agencies, recruiting teams, operations stakeholders, and candidates to execute hiring events, manage onboarding activities, drive reporting, and ensure process compliance. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end hiring activities for frontline associates based on business hiring requirements and labor projections
- Utilize relevant sourcing channels to build candidate pipeline; manage both internal talent pipeline and 3P staffing agency pipeline, ensuring candidates meet the hiring bar prior to onboarding
- Execute and audit New Hiring Events (NHEs) based on labor projections to meet labor order demands and fill on-time across assigned locations
- Guide staffing vendors and applicants through the hiring and onboarding process in accordance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of candidates
- Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports related to hiring progress, onboarding status, and candidate pipeline
- Support auditing compliances to define staffing processes including quality of new hires, re-hires, early attrition, and candidate experience
- Support candidate communication and provide timely resolution to candidate queries during the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information amongst key stakeholders
- Partner with business teams and support functions to ensure smooth execution of staffing operations
- Travel as needed to conduct hiring events in various locations within your designated node or assigned geographical area
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including peak hiring periods
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing operations, or talent acquisition in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience coordinating with staffing agencies and/or direct hire sourcing models
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot reporting, and integrating Excel with other tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations staffing
- Ability to execute a recruiting strategy including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring dashboards
- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes in recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Work Environment
This is a field-facing role that requires regular coordination with site teams, staffing agencies, and candidates. The role demands flexibility in working hours, especially during peak hiring events, and willingness to travel across assigned locations.
