Job Description

Log in based on Biometric attendance/Geo tagged attendance/MAC address identified OTP based of ICT instructor at school level ▪ Monitor hardware functionality (Desktop, networking equipment) and ensure software is running properly (OS, applications, e-content) ▪ Maintain the record/ inventory of ICT related hardware and software on a daily basis ▪ Follow time tables and e-content guidelines provided by Uneecops ▪ Facilitate in conducting ICT classes / day on all school days; Monitor lab usage and compliance with safety protocols ▪ Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level support ▪ Report equipment failures immediately to CRM Desk and District Coordinator with details and document the failure properly ▪ Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs ▪ Meet all KPIs: Attendance, lab hours, equipment uptime, issue response, data accuracy
