Job Description
- On-site support and hand holding of the teachers to enable the teachers to use the computers for computer education as well as using e-content for Computer/IT/ICT enabled education.
- Maintain hardware, software, and accessories — computers, printers, internet, Wi-Fi, smart boards / panels — ensuring all remain in operational condition
- Facilitate ICT education as per syllabus, time tables and e-contents approved by Education Department time-to-time.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot lab hardware and software issues
- Prior experience in teaching, software development, or IT consultancy is preferred
- Local candidates are given preference for school-level postings
