- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँबेगूसराय जिले के शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में एलआईसी बीमा उत्पादों का प्रचार करना।
- संभावित ग्राहकों की पहचान करना और उनसे संपर्क स्थापित करना।
- बीमा समाधान और वित्तीय योजना विकल्पों को स्पष्ट और पेशेवर तरीके से प्रस्तुत करना।
- पॉलिसी आवेदन और संबंधित दस्तावेज़ीकरण में ग्राहकों की सहायता करना।
- बिक्री के बाद सहायता प्रदान करना, जिसमें प्रीमियम रिमाइंडर और क्लेम सहायता शामिल है।
- पॉलिसीधारकों के साथ दीर्घकालिक संबंध विकसित करना और बनाए रखना।
- एलआईसी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार व्यावसायिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना।
- पात्रताकेवल महिला उम्मीदवार।
- न्यूनतम आयु: 18 वर्ष।
- न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास।
- आईआरडीएआई प्री-रिक्रूटमेंट प्रक्रिया और एलआईसी चयन प्रक्रिया को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करना अनिवार्य है।
- लाभप्रदर्शन के आधार पर 3 वर्षों तक मासिक स्टाइपेंड।
- आकर्षक कमीशन संरचना और प्रोत्साहन।
