💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on last CTC, experience & interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business across the assigned territory.
- Identify and appoint new Franchisees, Collection Centers, and Channel Partners.
- Generate franchise sales through lead generation, meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Generate business from Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Diagnostic Centers, and Corporate Healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and franchise partners.
- Support franchise onboarding and operational coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for excellent customer service.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
