Collection Executive / Officer

Debtnova Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing debt recovery and management services company, serving a range of clients across financial services, fintech, NBFCs, and other sectors. We are expanding our footprint and currently hiring dynamic professionals to join our remote collections team.

Position Summary:

As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to recover pending payments, maintaining accurate communication records, and ensuring a customer-centric and ethical collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups

Educate customers on payment options, resolve queries, and encourage timely repayment

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and promises to pay

Provide daily updates and reports to the team lead/manager

Meet monthly recovery targets and contribute to the team’s performance

Handle objections and escalate complex cases to seniors when needed

Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates preferred but not mandatory

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficiency in any one local language (Kannada, Marathi, or any one local language preferred)

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently from home

Should possess a personal laptop with a stable internet connection

Must be an immediate joiner

Prior experience in debt collection, BPO, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage
