Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional with strong managerial and organizational skills to manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will play an active role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative support, while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment.
• Implement structured training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding performance, policies, and organizational updates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Update and manage employee data in the Master Database for all new joiners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Support sales forecasting, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives.
