We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team at our Belagavi office.

Position: Accounts ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling GST compliance, and ensuring timely statutory filings. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, GST filing, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
• Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) within statutory deadlines.
• Perform GST reconciliation with purchase and sales registers.
• Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and maintain billing records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a monthly basis.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash management.
• Assist with TDS calculations, statutory deductions, and tax compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and financial summaries.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits, tax filings, and year-end financial closing.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
