About the Role

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to work with MSME manufacturing companies for ZED

Certification Surveillance.

We are a Channel Partner and Project Coordinator, associated with GCQ Management

System (empaneled with QCI – Quality Council of India) under the ZED Scheme.

 Work Process

MSME companies with ZED Bronze Certification must complete mandatory surveillance

every 12–15 months.

If not completed within 18 months:

• Certificate gets cancelled

• Government benefits & bank incentives stop immediately

MSMEs apply for surveillance → QCI allocates cases → GCQ → Our Company → Assigned

to You

􀜚􀜛􀜜 No cold calling – Leads provided by company

 Key Responsibilities

• Visit MSME manufacturing units (factories) in your area (10–15 km radius)

• Meet Directors / Owners / Senior Management

• Explain services confidently and professionally

• Conduct ZED Bronze Surveillance visits

• Capture photos & documentation evidence

• Maintain professional client communication

 Reporting Work

• Login from home using Laptop/Desktop

• Complete ZED web portal self-assessment

• Submit accurate & genuine reports

• Raise NC (Non-Conformity) queries if required

 Work Details

• Daily 8–10 company visits

• Field work + evening reporting

• Leads allocated in your login ID

 Requirements

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Laptop/Desktop (Mandatory)

• Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

• Good English / Hindi communication

• Confident, well-groomed personality

• Interest in Field Sales / Marketing

• Good area knowledge

 Salary & Earning Models (Choose One)

We offer two working models. Candidates can choose any one option based on their

preference:

􀶠􀶡 Option 1: Fixed Salary Model

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Stable monthly income

• Suitable for candidates who prefer fixed earnings + job security

􀶠􀶡 Option 2: Per Visit / Audit-Based Model ⭐ (Recommended)

• ₹400 per audit visit (including visit + submission)

• No convincing required – clients already applied for surveillance

• Company provides confirmed leads / allocations

􀜚􀜛􀜜 Work Structure:

• Around 50 companies allocated every 4–5 days

• You need to plan your route 1 day before visits

• Daily visits: Minimum 5–6 (can go higher as per your capacity)

􀜚􀜛􀜜 Earning Potential:

• Monthly earning: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000+ (performance-based)

• Audit-based model is highly recommended for higher earnings
