Job Description
Accountant:
• Accounts planning. Creating & managing budget.
• Accounts Payable - Bill processing and preparation of cheques.
• Accounts Payable - Prepare salary statement of employees.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivables - Follow-up on invoices and receivables.
• Managing petty cash.
• Maintaining General Ledger.
• Accounts – Statutory Returns
• MIS of various types of partner wise, vendor wise, budget head wise reports.
• Cash flow statements.
• Interacting with other departments and making sure deadlines are met.
• Coordination with External Auditors for audit purpose.
