Job Description
Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the main liaison between the client and internal teams like creative, sales, and production.
Client Relationship Building: Understanding a client’s business goals and challenges to act as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
Retention and Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new products and services to increase revenue from current accounts.
Contract Management: Leading the renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring billing accuracy.
Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing client complaints or technical problems to prevent escalation and maintain high satisfaction
