Job Description

Looking for Accountant with Tally and billing skills handles day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities include processing sales/purchase invoices, recording journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Billing & Invoicing: Generate and track accurate sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes within Tally.
  • Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record daily vouchers (receipts, payments, journals) and maintain up-to-date ledgers and cash books.
  • Statutory Compliance: Calculate and manage GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI workings directly in the software.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and vendor account reconciliations to resolve financial discrepancies.
