Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Remote/WFH
Role Summary
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support accounting operations, payroll processing, and invoice validation across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll accounting (preferably on ADP platform)
- Perform invoice validation (2-way and 3-way matching)
- Handle accounts and financial records accurately
- Work on QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting activities
- Manage accounting for multiple clients (up to 4 clients)
- Ensure timely and accurate financial processing
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting/finance
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
- Exposure to payroll processing (ADP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Work Timings
- US Shift: 4:00 PM IST – 1:00 AM IST
