Job Description

ACCOUNTS

OFFICER (Position-Two)JOB DESCRIPTION ·        Processing of Purchase Order (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI) related to Procurement of Pharma Products.

·        Liaison with CFA and Distributors for the Sales of Pharma Products.

·        Maintaining records and receipts of Purchases, Sales and Returns.

·        Manages PT, TDS, GST and its processing.

·        Reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions.

·        Produce MIS reports to Auditors and Senior Management.

·        Liaison with CA firm for Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Compliances.

·        Liaise with internal/External-Auditors/Consultants/Vendors/Suppliers/CFA/Distributors etc.
