AI Artist

You generate high-quality, production-ready visual concepts using AI tools and strong design judgment. You help WorkWithAI ship ad creatives, concept frames, product visuals, campaign mockups, and style explorations that are not just visually strong but built to perform across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated visuals for ads, campaigns, pitch decks, social content, storyboards, product scenes, and experiments.
• Turn briefs into strong prompt systems, visual directions, reference logic, style controls, and output variations.
• Produce multiple usable options quickly while keeping work commercially relevant, brand aligned, and performance-oriented.
• Refine outputs through prompt iteration, retouching, compositing, upscale workflows, and post-processing.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, look libraries, and style references for recurring client categories such as D2C, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
• Partner with project managers and creative leads to ensure output matches campaign goals, timelines, and platform requirements.
• Ensure assets are practical for downstream editing, animation, ad adaptation, and client presentation.
• Uphold brand guidelines, product accuracy, lighting logic, typography-safe layouts, and strong visual storytelling.
• Stay current on AI image and video tools and workflows relevant to agency production.
• Flag legal, ethical, or quality risks such as likeness issues, copyright-sensitive imitation, unrealistic product claims, or inconsistent anatomy.

Requirements

• Strong visual taste across advertising, branding, photography, and digital composition, especially within D2C, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
• Hands-on experience with leading AI image and video tools such as Freepik, Higgsfield, Kling, Midjourney, Nano Banana 2, Seedream, Google Veo, ChatGPT, and Sora.
• Strong prompting, iteration, selection, and post-processing judgment.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, framing, styling, and narrative in both static and motion-based visuals.
• Comfort with Photoshop or similar tools for cleanup, compositing, and finishing.
• Ability to move fast without compromising usability, with clear communication during feedback and revisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience building reusable prompt systems or style libraries for teams.
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and platform-safe ad formats.
• Background in agency or client-service creative environments.
• Design background or formal training as a design student is preferred.
