Job Description

We are hiring skilled and semi-skilled candidates for lithium battery assembly. The role involves assembling battery packs, handling cells, wiring, testing, and ensuring quality and safety standards in the production line.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble lithium battery packs as per SOP
  • Cell sorting, matching, and spot welding
  • BMS fitting and wiring connections
  • Insulation, heat shrink, and final assembly
  • Perform basic electrical testing (voltage, continuity)
  • Follow safety protocols for lithium handling
  • Maintain production targets and quality standards
